Advanced Pre-Formed T-Fold Pinch Sealing
Designed for high-speed automated packing lines, each bag is manufactured with a precision pre-formed T-shape step-cut top fold.
- Thermal Weld Sealing: After filling, the bag top enters a specialized pinch sealer, which folds the engineered step corner and applies heat to melt-fuse the layers into a seamless, permanent weld.
- Aroma & Grease Shield: The airtight thermal seal locks in essential oils, fats, and rich aromas while preventing grease migration through the seams, keeping the bag exterior clean and dry.
- 100% Moisture & Pest Barrier: Complete perimeter sealing keeps ambient humidity out, extending shelf life and preventing kibble oxidation or spoilage.

- Brick-Like Box Shape: Once filled, the side gussets and pinch-bottom expand into a rigid, flat-bottomed rectangular block. This eliminates rounding (“pillow effect”), allowing dog food sacks to stack flat, straight, and stable on shipping pallets without sliding.
- High-Puncture Multi-Layer Laminate: Combines an outer BOPP film with a heavy-duty woven or film core, offering superior burst resistance against sharp kibble edges during drop tests and rough transport.
- 360-Degree Brand Canvas: Utilize all four vertical faces plus the flat bottom for vibrant 10-color reverse gravure printing. Display nutritional tables, feeding guidelines, and brand storytelling with crystal-clear clarity (available in glossy, matte, or spot-matte finishes).
